The farm is open:
- Monday-Friday, 7.30am - 5.00pm
- Saturday, 8.00am - 11.30am
- Sunday, after hours strictly by appointment only
Directions
From the North (Halifax):
- Take the A629 to Halifax
- Exit A629 at Elland turnoff (signposted "Lowfields")
- Turn left at the bottom of the slip road
- Carry on uphill till the roadabout, and take the 2nd exit to the right
- Continue for approx half a mile, passing Malt Shovel Pub on left
- Follow road round to right over Elland Bridge (signposted Brighouse A6025)
- Continue to follow road right at the end of the bridge
- 100 yards on right is the "Barge and Barrel" pub
- Take 1st left under the flyover, before the railway arch, onto Exley Lane
- Continue around half a mile up Exley lane till it is less built up, more open countryside
- You will find Exley Hall Farm on the hairpin bend
- Please use the 3rd entrance on the right through the large gateway at the bottom of the inclined slope
From the South (Huddersfield):
- Take A629 to Huddersfield
- Pass Calderdale Royal Hospital, and continue down Salterhebble Hill
- After you pass "Salterhebble Shell" petrol station on left, take the 1st turning left (Jubilee Road) by "Keighley Plumbers Merchants"
- Continue to top of Jubilee Road, whereupon turn right and continue for around 1 mile, until it is less built up, open countryside
- Pass the school on your left, and rugby club on right
- You will see Exley Hall Farm, and the entrance is the 1st left into a large gateway at the bottom of an inclined slope
